Developed by PM Realty Group and completed in 20 months’ time, 3737 Buffalo Speedway has made quite an impact in the Greenway Plaza area. The 383,000-square-foot development embraces its natural environs while asserting a bold architectural presence to the Greenway Plaza skyline for the first time in more than 30 years.

The Class A, LEED-certified office development was planned around preserving a distinguished, century-old grove of 20 live oak trees. The developer was so committed to preserving these trees that some were transplanted to other Houston parks. Also, the same arborist who cared for the oak trees the last 25 years was used to protect them during construction and after the development’s completion in September 2015.

3737 Buffalo Speedway is the first completed multitenant office building in Greenway Plaza to use 10-foot, floor-to-ceiling clear glass. The building façade showcases a unique vertical array of LED lighting along Buffalo Speedway, creating an iconic element at night.

Inside on the ground-floor restaurant, there’s a 24-foot clear glass on three sides and a large patio that accommodates fine dining under the legacy oaks. Tenants on the lower floors can look into and over this canopy of live oak trees.
