Brokerage Services to Support Firm’s Growth in D.C. Region

WASHINGTON - PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, announced today that Eduardo Trujillo and Andrew Gilpin are joining the firm to grow PMRG's services in landlord agency representation.

Effective immediately, Trujillo joins the firm as Senior Vice President, Leasing. Gilpin, who joins the firm as a Senior Leasing Associate, will work with Trujillo and David Parker, Executive Vice President and Managing Director to grow PMRG’s leasing platform in Washington, D.C.

“We are growing in the Washington region, acquiring more properties and working with more owners,” said David Parker, PMRG. “Corporate landlords today require an exceptional professional level of representation, and adding Eddie and Andy to our team helps us deliver quality and targeted services needed to secure tenants in today’s more competitive leasing environment.”

Trujillo has nearly 30 years of experience in Washington, D.C.’s commercial real estate market including senior roles with Brookfield Properties, Archon Group and Grubb & Ellis. At Brookfield, Trujillo was responsible for the oversight of 8 buildings offering more than 2.4 million square feet of Class A office space in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2004, Trujillo worked as a National Marketing Director at Archon Group/Goldman, Sachs & Company.

Gilpin joins PMRG from CBRE where he was an associate broker, representing landlords and tenants in the Washington, D.C. area in commercial office leasing. A 2013 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor in Business Administration, Gilpin serves as a Board Member for Community Family Life Services and volunteers his time as a coach for the Little League in Arlington, VA.

"Our growth and success in the Washington region warrant an increased focus on and expansion in commercial leasing,” added Rick Kirk, President and CEO, PMRG. “Considering PMRG's recognition and reputation as a premier real estate organization this is a natural next step.”
