- PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced that it was awarded the leasing, property and construction management assignment for Aloha Tower Marketplace
, a 165,000 square-foot retail center owned by Apollo Real Estate Advisors and Westrust Ventures LLC. Located at the base of downtown Honolulu's central business district, Aloha Tower Marketplace is Hawaii's premiere waterfront destination for shopping and dining, with over 74 shops and award-winning restaurants, centered around one of Honolulu's historic and most iconic landmarks.

This assignment will come under the leadership of assistant vice president and general manager Mele Heresa, a seasoned asset manager and leasing agent previously with First Hawaiian Bank (FHB) and HTH Corporation. As a trust real estate officer at FHB, Mele administered ,000,000 of real estate assets for the bank's trust clients. She then joined HTH Corporation to market, lease and manage its entire real estate portfolio of resort retail and commercial office property. Mele holds a B.A. degree in English with honors from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is a member of ICSC, a CCIM designee and 2010 president-elect for the CCIM Hawaii Chapter. She will be assisted by retail leasing agent Anthony Provenzano.
Aloha Tower Marketplace has also retained consultant Special Events Hawaii (SEH) to coordinate marketing efforts, public relations, advertising and special events. Industry veteran Amy Hammond, president of SEH, has facilitated the marketing of local businesses for 16 years and includes among her clientele Made in Hawaii Festival and Hawaii Book and Music Festival.
