As President of PMRG’s Central Division, Wade Bowlin is responsible for all aspects of the division’s operations, including providing critical support for leasing, property and construction management initiatives as well as new business development and client relations for PMRG’s portfolio of office, retail, medical and industrial properties; a portfolio that totals over 65 million square feet.
Mr. Bowlin brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate with the last 25 years involved in the Houston Market. He has been responsible for the lease negotiation of many large transactions of over 100,000 square feet such as Shell Oil Company, Jacobs Engineering, EPCO, Conoco Phillips, BP Amoco, Litton Loan Servicing, Burlington Resources, CAL-Dive, Sasol, NRG and STM Mortgage to name a few. Mr. Bowlin has personally averaged over 60 lease transactions per year for every year he has been in commercial real estate.
Mr. Bowlin has been named a “Power Broker” by the CoStar Group over the past several years and one of Houston’s “Heavy Hitter’s” by the Houston Business Journal since its inception. In 2015, Mr. Bowlin was named the top office landlord broker by the Houston Business Journal.
Mr. Bowlin is a graduate of Texas Tech University and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
As Executive Vice President in the Houston Leasing Division, Brad Sinclair is responsible for leasing a portfolio of office properties within the PM Realty Group (PMRG) Houston office.
Mr. Sinclair is an industry veteran with over 28 years experience in Houston real estate representing a select group of clients ranging from large institutions to single building owners. He has in-depth experience and has successfully leased office space in every Houston submarket.

He has been responsible for leasing office buildings throughout Houston for owners such as CIGNA, Travelers, Principal Global Investors, INVESCO, Archon Group, M-M Properties, Robertson Stephens Funds, Penn Mutual and Koll Bren Realty Advisors.
Mr. Sinclair holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University and a Texas real estate license.
Doug Demiano is the Senior Vice President, Senior Director of Development for Madison Marquette. Prior to the June 2018 merger of PMRG and Madison Marquette, Mr. Demiano served as Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisitions. During his tenure at PMRG, Mr. Demiano oversaw more than $550 million in office building and mixed-use development projects. He manages the Houston development project team and works with the acquisitions team on underwriting and financial analysis of development projects.
Mr. Demiano brings more than 25 years of industry experience involving commercial, mixed-use, industrial and healthcare real estate markets. His expertise includes all aspects of leasing, site acquisitions, development, financial analysis, and property/facilities management.
Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Demiano served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for Amegy Bank of Texas (an affiliate of Zions Bancorporation). He was responsible for acquisitions, banking center distribution strategy and corporate office development for Amegy’s real estate portfolio, which totaled over one million square feet. He also worked with the bank’s REO group in repositioning assets and taking them to market for disposition.
Mr. Demiano holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Houston. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas and is a member of the Building Owners and Manager Association (BOMA) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He has also served on several Hospital System advisory boards within the state of Texas.
As Senior Vice President of Property Management, Melissa Key oversees PM Realty Group's (PMRG's) operations throughout the Dallas area to ensure quality services and attainment of client goals.
Ms. Key brings more than 24 years experience in the real estate industry, ranging from oversight of property operations in both owner-managed and third party environments to financial analysis of real estate assets.
After beginning her real estate career with Gerald Hines in Houston, Ms. Key spent 13 years with Prentiss Properties in various positions, ultimately serving as Vice President. In addition to managing CBD high-rises, she was involved in development projects and new business development. During her tenure at Prentiss Ms. Key was instrumental in developing training classes and company-wide standards, and in her capacity as Vice President, she was responsible for the oversight of property operations and employees for the Southwest Region.
In addition to an extensive background in commercial property management, Ms. Key has experience in related real estate industries. She served as Executive Director for a retail facility management association, overseeing daily operations and coordinating an annual 3-day national educational conference. In this role, Ms. Key also oversaw the development, implementation and marketing of a professional certification program offered through the association. Prior to this role, she served as Vice President for SiteStuff, a real estate technology firm, where she was responsible for all customer facing operations and employees.
Ms. Key holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Houston, where she graduated with honors and is a member the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
As Senior Vice President and Controller, Diane Rahn oversees the accounting and financial reporting of over 150 properties for over 40 clients in the Central and Eastern divisions. In this role, Ms. Rahn directs a staff of managers, accountants and support personnel to deliver consistently accurate, timely, and complete financial reports to our clients.
Ms. Rahn has been with PMRG for over 15 years holding various roles within the company. She recently served as Senior Vice President of Investments where she oversaw the accounting for all PMRG-owned assets. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Vice President of Facility Services as the Finance and Administrative Executive on the JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) facilities account. In this capacity, Ms. Rahn was responsible for the financial and administrative functions of a portfolio with more than 300 employees who provided engineering services across 14 states and Western Canada totaling more than 27 million square feet of facility space. Ms. Rahn’s responsibilities included monthly and annual financial client reporting for an annual budget of over $30 million and vendor account management related to fleet vehicles, cell phones, and uniforms for the engineers assigned to the JPMC account. Ms. Rahn’s role also allowed her to work with operational personnel to streamline processes and manage projects efficiently to meet client objectives and initiatives in all facility management areas. Preceding this work, Ms. Rahn was Vice President of Facility Services for PMRG’s facility services’ clients (including JPMC, Chevron and CenterPoint), Assistant Controller of the Central Division and Assistant Controller of the Eastern Division. Prior to joining PMRG, Ms. Rahn was Vice President/CFO for a Houston-based general contracting company and has over 30 years of accounting, administrative, and operational experience in various industries, including over 15 years in property and facility management.
Ms. Rahn is a graduate of Our Lady of the Lake University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management.
As Senior Vice President of Leasing, Kim Grizzle-Shapiro is responsible for the leasing of a select commercial office portfolio in the Galleria, Greenway, Westchase, Katy Freeway West, Gulf Freeway and Sugar Land market areas.
Ms. Shapiro brings more than 12 years of experience in the Houston commercial real estate market and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas. She is actively involved as a landlord representative in all lease negotiations, increasing rental rates and building occupancy. Ms. Shapiro is consistently a top performer in both transaction volume and total commissions and has been recognized as one of Houston’s “Heavy Hitters” by the Houston Business Journal.
Since joining PM Realty Group (PMRG), Ms. Shapiro has successfully consummated over 1,200 lease transaction and has participated in over 285 leasing transactions, including 96 leases in three very challenging assets.
Prior to joining PMRG, Ms. Shapiro was a Leasing Manager for Kennedy-Wilson Properties, Ltd where she was responsible for a 1.5 million square foot portfolio, including First City Tower, a 1.3 million square foot Class A building located in downtown Houston.
Marci Phillips, a licensed real estate sales agent, joined the leasing team of PMRG in February, 1998.
As Senior Vice President of Leasing, Marci is responsible for leasing a select commercial office and medical portfolio in the North Belt/IAH, Westchase, FM 1960, Spring, The Woodlands and I-10/Energy Corridor market areas.
Marci brings more than 24 years of experience in the Houston commercial real estate market and is responsible for the coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives for the portfolio. Prior to her current position, Marci served as Vice President and has been actively involved as an exclusive landlord representative successfully negotiating new leases, renewals and expansions.
Marci has been recognized as a “Heavy Hitter” by the Houston Business Journal and in 2016, received CoStar’s Power Broker Award in Houston’s commercial real estate market.
As Senior Vice President of Leasing, Mike Martin has completed 650 transactions for over 3.8 million square feet and created lease value of over $352,033,320 for his owners.
Mr. Martin brings more than 29 years of experience in the development, leasing and marketing of office, warehouse and retail shopping centers. His current assignments include Two Westlake Park, a 381,327 square foot building; Younan Place, a 202,916 square foot building with 70,000 vacant; Kirkwood Atrium II, a 226,586 square foot building with 25,978 RSF vacant, Ashford on the Bayou, a 128,573 square foot building; Shepherd Place a 116,621 square foot project with 5,922 square feet available and a seven building 554,000 square foot portfolio, owned by LA Houston Properties.
Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Mr. Martin served as General Manager for CMD Realty Investors. Before joining CMD, he was an Assistant Vice President with the Vantage Companies where he spent over 14 years.
Mr. Martin is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and holds a current Texas Real Estate Broker's License.
With over 25 years in the commercial real estate industry, Brenda Dougherty is an experienced real estate professional with proven success overseeing multiple properties, operational programs and special projects, while consistently delivering results that exceed expectations.
Prior to joining PM Realty Group (PMRG), Ms. Dougherty's experience included management oversight of regional retail properties in Dallas, Texas and property management leadership of approximately 600,000 square feet of office and industrial properties in Austin, Texas.
During her tenure at PMRG, Ms. Dougherty has managed numerous assignments for large institutional investment groups, regional investment fund groups and individual owners. Her assignments have included high rise class “A” office buildings, suburban office buildings and large retail portfolios in the Houston area. Ms. Dougherty’s construction management experience includes all levels of tenant improvement and building improvement projects. During Hurricane Ike, she directed all restoration activities for an office property that had sustained approximately 60% destruction. Special project experience has included conversion of a large single tenant office building to multi-tenant occupancy.
A results and detail oriented professional, Ms. Dougherty provides staff leadership to foster a cohesive team approach to management. She has achieved recognition for achieving the “Highest Ratings” in the Houston area on tenant satisfaction surveys. Kristie Luby has over twelve years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Ms. Luby began her career in the real estate industry working in an owner-managed environment for a small privately held development group in Austin, Texas. Ms. Luby joined PMRG in August of 2006 as a Commercial Property Manager and through her proven dedication, leadership and strong work ethic has been promoted through the years to her current position as Vice President, Property Management. During her tenure with PMRG, Ms. Luby has managed various assets including class “A” high rise office buildings, suburban office and medical buildings, industrial and retail centers in the Houston and surrounding areas.
Ms. Luby currently oversees a portfolio of twenty-three properties consisting of approximately two million square feet of office, medical, industrial and retail product in The Woodlands, Kingwood and North Houston markets. Her clients range from large institutional groups to individual owners.
Ms. Luby believes in taking an ownership interest in managing any asset and promoting team support to achieve her client’s goals and expectations. Ms. Luby has also successfully overseen numerous construction projects ranging from small tenant improvement projects to large capital projects throughout her career.
Ms. Luby is an active member of Houston Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is a licensed real estate professional with the State of Texas and is a graduate of the Houston BOMA Leadership Lyceum program. Ms. Luby is actively pursuing her Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
As Vice President of Property Management, Rhonda Byrum is responsible for the management operations and oversight of a portfolio of six offices buildings in the Katy Freeway submarket totaling over 955,000 square feet. Mrs. Byrum has over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate property management working with various institutional investment groups and individual owners such as Koll Bren Schreiber, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, Inc., Sessan Woodbranch, Inc. and Manero’s Texas Realty.
Since joining PMRG in 1991, she has been promoted to a variety of diverse management assignments including management of Class A high rise and suburban office buildings, and construction oversight of two new LEED Silver® certified buildings.
During her tenure at PMRG, Mrs. Byrum has achieved recognition for providing a high quality level of service to Tenants on tenant satisfaction surveys and also received a Certificate of Recognition Spirit Award for demonstrating Exemplary Customer Service, Performance, Commitment to Team, and a Positive Attitude. Mrs. Byrum is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas.
As Vice President of Property Management, Christal Hattaway is responsible for the day to day operations and oversight of a portfolio of PMRG Owned Assets to include 3737 Buffalo Speedway, a 387,000 square foot, 18-story, Class A+ office tower and 2929 Weslayan, a 40-story luxury residential tower in the Greenway Plaza submarket. 3737 Buffalo Speedway received the prestigious HBJ 2016 Landmark Award in Office Building category.
Ms. Hattaway began her career in the real estate industry in 1999 while working in the Enron Property Services Department where she was part of the construction team that was responsible for development of Enron Center South. During her tenure with Enron, she was awarded the Ken Lay Chairman Award for respect, communication, integrity, and excellence.
Prior to joining PMRG, Ms. Hattaway worked as a Property Manager where she was responsible for operational oversight of 1000 Main Street, a 36-story, 837,161 square foot Class A CBD high-rise and 1300 Main Street, a 21-story, 575,000 square foot CBD office tower. She received the Property Management Assistant of the Year Award in 2011 and was part of the Building Team of the Year Award in 2013. In 2015, Ms. Hattaway received The Impact Award in recognition of her exceptional performance.
Ms. Hattaway is a licensed real estate professional with the State of Texas.
As Vice President of Multi-Family Management, Beth Kirschner is responsible for oversight of all property operations for Madison Marquette’s mixed use, high-density multi-family properties.
Mrs. Kirschner brings over 17 years of experience in the multi-family industry, specializing in pre-development and lease up of Class A+ assets.
She began her career in 2003 with Greystar and has held positions ranging from Leasing Professional, Community Manager, Real Estate Associate and most recently Regional Property Manager.
Mrs. Kirschner is an active member of the Houston Apartment Association.
As Vice President of Leasing, Amanda App is responsible for leasing and marketing a portfolio of Class A office properties in Houston on behalf of institutional owners KBS and Stena Realty.
Prior to joining PMRG, Mrs. App was a Leasing Agent for Transwestern where she was responsible for leasing and marketing buildings in the CBD, Westchase, Bellaire and Energy Corridor submarkets. Over the course of her career at Transwestern, she negotiated over 150 transactions totaling more than 2 million square feet.
Mrs. App brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate property management and leasing. Following her graduation from Texas Christian University, she began her career as a Property Manager with CB Richard Ellis in Dallas where she worked with Franklin Street Properties and CBRE Global Investors. Mrs. App’s background in property management allows her to provide a unique perspective to her clients.
Mrs. App is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and The Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA).
As Vice President of Engineering, Todd Johnson is responsible for coordinating all facets of construction management and provides engineering consultation, support, assistance, and training to the engineering staff. With 24 years of experience in building maintenance and repairs, Mr. Johnson serves as a resource for our engineering department and property managers.
Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Johnson started his career at Gerald D. Hines Interest in 1990 at Pennzoil Place.
Mr. Johnson holds a Maintenance Electricians License through the State of Texas. He studied Stationary Engineering at Houston Community College and is an accredited LEED Green Associate.
As Vice President of Engineering, Billy R. Norman II oversees the delivery of engineering services to a 2,113,307 square-foot portfolio of office properties located throughout The Woodlands and North Houston.
Mr. Norman brings 18 years of experience in facilities maintenance, project management, material and equipment control, quality control and assurance, particularly in the field of construction and maintenance. He is an accredited LEED Green Associate and looks forward to becoming certified as LEED AP and O&M.
Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Norman was employed by Johnson Controls, Inc. as Lead Operating Engineer for an office campus comprised of 10 buildings totaling 1.3 million square feet. In this capacity, he managed the activities of staff and vendors engaged in repair or maintenance of all building structural, mechanical and life safety systems for Shell’s Woodcreek Campus.
